Not every vital sign is measured in numbers.


Some are felt in the curl of your toes during a morning stretch.

Some flicker like the the light of a Palo Santo and Clary sage candle gifted to you from a lover; when you choose peace on purpose.


It lives in that first sip of water before you get out of bed in the morning and your feet meet the floor.

Vital Signs of a Soft Life:


Heart Rate: Calm… with occasional spikes from belly laughs and spontaneous dancing.

Blood Pressure: Lowered by boundary-setting and saying “No, thank you” without guilt.

Temperature: Warm and radiant. That glow comes from within, it is a response from unshakable authenticity (and a bit of SPF).

Oxygen Levels: Fully saturated in fresh air, deep breaths, and daydreams.

Mental Status: Alert, aligned, and unbothered. Occasionally silly.

Pain Level: 0/10, thanks to regular massages, naps, and not arguing with folks who drain your sparkle.

Spiritual Vibe: Real Ones Only. Angels nearby. Synchronicities in full bloom.
